Shannon transitioned into real estate following a successful career in her hometown’s local credit union, where she honed her skills for over a decade and ultimately earned the title of Remarketing Coordinator and Bankruptcy Specialist. Her excellent negotiation skills, communication skills, and expertise with industry technologies are all assets in her work today as a Realtor.

As a representative of homeowners and future homeowners in southeastern North Carolina, Shannon is committed to listening to her clients’ needs and utilizing her diverse range of skills to ensure successful transactions. Driven by her desire to help others, she is especially passionate about guiding first-time buyers through the homeownership process. Born in New Hanover County and raised in Bladen county, Shannon also has a deep understanding of and appreciation for the Cape Fear Region. Its unmatched natural beauty, culture, and historic attractions – such as Historic Downtown Wilmington – are among the many distinctions that make the region special to her. Shannon and her husband Terry currently reside in Columbus County with their two young children. When she isn't helping her clients achieve their homeownership goals, she enjoys fishing in the Cape Fear River, spending time with her family, and relaxing at Carolina Beach, where she likes to drop by the classic Pop’s Diner. As a freelance photographer, she also has a passion for capturing life’s beautiful moments, whether it be nature shots or family photographs.
